TERMS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT

The purpose of these terms and conditions of sale is to inform any potential consumer about the terms and conditions under which the seller (“BEYOND BELIEFS SRL”) sells and delivers the products ordered and, on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by BEYOND BELIEFS SRL to the consumer (“The Buyer”). They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales, of the products offered by BEYONS BELIEFS SRL on its website www.noseclan.com    

(here is the “Site”).

Accordingly, the fact that anyone orders a product offered for sale on the BEYOND BELIEFS SRL website brings full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer acknowledges that he or she has been aware of prior to his order.

International Shipping available to most countries (exclusions may apply based on current postal conflicts or restrictions) 

For the purposes of these General Terms of Sale, the Buyer and BEYOND BELIEFS SRL are individually or collectively designated the Party or the Parties.

The Buyer, prior to his order, states that:

• The purchase of products on the BEYOND BELIEFS SRL website is unrelated to a professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use;
• have full legal capacity, allowing it to commit to these terms and conditions of sale.

BEYOND BELIEFS SRL reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason at any time.

BEYOND BELIEFS SRL sells products on its website only to retail and end consumers. Any order that does not clearly correspond to a retail sale and, more generally, any fraudulent or suspected order as such, will be considered by BEYOND BELIEFS SRL as null and void.

BEYOND BELIEFS SRL reserves the possibility of amending these terms and conditions of sale at any time. Nevertheless, the General Terms of Sale applicable to the order placed by a Buyer on the SITE of BEYOND BELIEFS SRL are those accepted by the Buyer at the time of the order.

These General Terms of Sale complement the terms of use of the Site www.noseclan.com available at any time by the “Terms of sale” section of the Site and applicable to the Buyer.
